1. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Savedd.
Account information
When you create an account, we may collect:

Passwords are handled through our authentication provider. We do not have access to your password in plain text.
Profile and onboarding information
If you complete your profile or onboarding, we may collect information such as:
- The type of creative work you do or your role
- What you want to use Savedd for
- Creative interests and preferences
- Tags, styles or categories you select
- Other profile information you choose to provide
You can choose not to provide optional profile information.
Your activity on Savedd
When you use Savedd, we may process information about how you use your account and its features, including:
- Creatives you save
- Your Library
- Spaces you create
- Creatives added to Spaces
- Space names and descriptions
- Whether a Space is private or public
- Collaborators and their roles within a Space
- Changes you make to your Spaces
- Searches and filters you use
- Other interactions with Savedd features
Your Library is private.
Private Spaces are accessible only to people who have been given permission to access them.
Information you deliberately make public, such as your public profile or a public Space, may be visible to anyone visiting Savedd.
Submissions and feedback
If you submit a Creative, suggest work for the archive, send us feedback or report a problem, we may collect:
- The source URL you submit
- Brand or campaign information
- Your message or notes
- Feedback you provide
- The page from which feedback was submitted
- Your account identifier
- Any other information you choose to include
Please avoid including sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary.

- Campaign credits
- Original source links

We may obtain this information from official brand websites, campaign credits, public social-media posts, submissions, production companies and other publicly accessible sources.
We use this information to accurately credit and document creative work.

To provide Savedd to you

Our lawful basis is generally performance of our contract with you when the processing is necessary to provide the service you have requested.

- Keep Savedd secure

Certain parts of Savedd are designed to be public.

- Public Spaces
Public Spaces may include their title, description, owner, collaborators where applicable and the Creatives included in the Space.
Your email address, private Library and private Spaces are not intended to be publicly displayed.
Please remember that information you make public can be viewed, shared or copied by other people. We cannot control what third parties do with information after they have independently obtained it from a public page.
4. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies
Savedd uses cookies and similar technologies where necessary to operate the service.
This may include technologies used to:
- Keep you signed in
- Maintain secure sessions
- Remember interface or product preferences
- Maintain consistent website experiences
- Protect the service from abuse
- Understand aggregate use of Savedd
Some technologies are strictly necessary for Savedd to function.
We may also use first-party technologies for product measurement or experimentation, such as remembering which version of an interface a visitor has been shown.
Where applicable law requires consent or requires us to provide a way to object, we will provide the appropriate controls.
We currently use Vercel Web Analytics to help us understand aggregate website usage and improve Savedd.
We do not use your Savedd activity to provide third-party targeted advertising.
If we materially change the analytics, advertising or tracking technologies we use, we will update this policy and provide any additional controls required by law.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share personal information with trusted companies that help us operate Savedd.
These currently include service providers for:
Supabase
We use Supabase for services including:
- Database infrastructure
- User authentication
- Account and profile information
- Saves, Libraries and Spaces
- Application data
Vercel
We use Vercel to host and deliver the Savedd web application and for website analytics.
Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare services, including Cloudflare Stream, to deliver and process video content and related infrastructure.
If you contact us through our support email, your correspondence may be processed through Google's email services.
Other service providers
We may use additional providers for services such as:
- Security
- Error monitoring
- Email delivery
- Analytics
- Storage
- Customer support
- Infrastructure
We only provide service providers with information reasonably necessary for them to perform their services.
We may also disclose information:

- To protect Savedd, our users or others from fraud, abuse or security threats

We keep this while your Savedd account remains active.
Library, Saves and Spaces
We keep these while your account remains active or until you delete the relevant information.
Onboarding and preference information
We keep this while it remains relevant to your account and Savedd experience.
Submissions, feedback and support communications
We may retain these after they are resolved where reasonably necessary to maintain records, improve the service, prevent abuse or deal with legal issues.
Security and technical records
These are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and operational purposes.
Marketing preferences
We keep these until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent, although we may retain limited suppression information so we know not to contact you again.
When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise personal information that we no longer need, subject to any information we must retain for legal, security or legitimate business purposes.
Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted through normal retention cycles.

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against:

Savedd may use algorithms to rank, organise or recommend creative content.
We do not currently use your personal information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Savedd is not specifically designed or directed at children.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances where additional consent or protection is required, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

Savedd contains links to original campaign sources and other third-party websites or platforms.

Savedd is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Savedd develops, our service providers change or legal requirements change.
