Copyright & Takedown Policy
Savedd is a curated creative-reference platform designed to help people discover, study, save and organise fashion creative.
We respect the intellectual property, attribution and privacy rights of creators, brands and other rights holders.
This Copyright & Takedown Policy explains how you can contact us if you believe content available through Savedd infringes your rights, has been incorrectly attributed, contains inaccurate information or should otherwise be reviewed or removed.
Savedd is operated by A GATE CALLED BEAUTIFUL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16634042.
For copyright, takedown or credit enquiries, contact:

1. Our approach to creative work
Savedd is designed as a discovery, research and reference archive.
The archive may include fashion campaigns, videos, images, campaign information, source links, credits, brand information and other creative material originating from brands, creators and third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Savedd does not claim ownership of third-party creative work displayed, referenced or linked through the platform.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
The inclusion of work on Savedd does not mean that:
- Savedd owns the work
- The creator or brand has endorsed Savedd
- Savedd is affiliated with the creator or brand
- Savedd has transferred any rights in that work to its users
- Users have permission to reproduce or commercially use the work
Savedd aims to identify original sources and provide accurate attribution where reliable information is available.
Credit does not itself constitute permission to use copyrighted material.
2. How content may appear on Savedd
Depending on the Creative and the rights or source information available to us, Savedd may present content using different methods.
This may include:
- Media hosted by Savedd where appropriate
- Media supplied or authorised by a creator, brand or rights holder
- Official third-party embeds
- Links to original social-media posts or websites
- Posters or thumbnails
- Campaign titles and descriptions
- Brand information
- Publicly available campaign information
- Creative credits
- Tags, Patterns and other Savedd editorial classifications
Some information displayed by Savedd may come from publicly available sources, official campaign materials, brand websites, social platforms, production credits, submissions or information supplied by creators and other contributors.
Where appropriate, we may update, restrict or remove content if rights, attribution or source information changes.
3. When you can contact us
You can ask us to review content if you believe that:
- Your copyrighted work is being used without appropriate permission
- You own or control rights in content that you want us to review
- You are authorised to act for the relevant rights holder
- A Creative has been attributed to the wrong person or organisation
- A credit is missing or materially incorrect
- Your name or professional information has been used incorrectly
- The original source or campaign information is incorrect
- Content has been misidentified
- Content raises a privacy or personal-data concern
- Content is unlawful
- There is another legitimate legal or rights-related reason for us to review it
You do not need to use formal legal language when contacting us.
Please provide enough information for us to understand and investigate your request.
4. What to include in a request
To help us review your request efficiently, please email saveddit@gmail.com and include, where applicable:
Your details
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The company or organisation you represent, if applicable
The Savedd content
Please identify the specific content you are concerned about.
Where possible, provide:
- The URL of the relevant Savedd page
- The Creative or campaign name
- The brand name
- Any other information that helps us identify the material
The work or right concerned
Please explain:
- What work, information or right is involved
- Why you believe you own or control the relevant rights
- Whether you are the creator, copyright owner, authorised representative or another affected party
- A link to the original work or source where available
The issue
Briefly explain what you believe is wrong.
For example:
- The video is being hosted without permission
- The director credit is incorrect
- The work has been attributed to the wrong photographer
- The source link is incorrect
- You represent the brand and are requesting removal
- Personal information has been published incorrectly
The outcome you are requesting
Tell us what you would like us to consider doing.
For example:
- Remove the Creative
- Stop hosting the media
- Correct a credit
- Update the original source
- Correct inaccurate information
- Remove particular information
- Contact you to discuss permission or licensing
Providing this information does not guarantee a particular outcome, but it helps us investigate the request fairly and efficiently.
5. Copyright infringement requests
If your request concerns copyright infringement, please provide enough information for us to identify both:
- the copyrighted work you say you own or represent; and
- the material on Savedd that you believe infringes that work.
Where reasonably necessary, we may ask you to provide additional information demonstrating that you own the relevant rights or are authorised to act for the rights holder.
This could include appropriate evidence of authorship, ownership, representation, licensing or other authority.
You should only submit a copyright claim where you have a genuine basis for believing that you own, control or are authorised to enforce the relevant rights.
6. Credit and attribution corrections
Not every issue requires content to be removed.
Savedd wants creative work to be credited accurately.
If you believe a credit is missing or incorrect, please tell us.
Examples include:
- Incorrect director
- Incorrect photographer or cinematographer
- Incorrect stylist
- Incorrect creative director
- Incorrect production company or agency
- Misspelt contributor name
- Incorrect campaign title
- Incorrect brand attribution
- Incorrect original source
Where reliable information supports the correction, we may update the relevant record without removing the Creative.
We may ask for a reliable source confirming the correct information where attribution is disputed or unclear.
7. What happens after we receive a request
When we receive a credible request, we may:
- Review the relevant Savedd record
- Review the original source and available credits
- Review information supplied with your request
- Temporarily restrict or unpublish content while we investigate
- Ask you for additional information
- Contact another relevant party where appropriate
- Correct attribution or factual information
- Replace or update a source
- Stop hosting particular media
- Remove content
- Take no action where the request is unsupported or does not require removal
The appropriate response will depend on the circumstances.
Where a concern can reasonably be resolved through a correction rather than removal, we may make that correction.
Where we believe restriction or removal is appropriate, we may act without waiting for every potentially interested party to respond.
8. Disputed requests
Copyright ownership, licensing and creative credits can sometimes be disputed.
Savedd is not a court and cannot determine complex disputes about ownership or copyright on behalf of the parties involved.
If a request is disputed, we may ask for additional evidence from one or more parties.
Depending on the circumstances, we may keep the relevant material restricted while the issue is being considered.
We may decline to restore or continue displaying material where the rights position remains materially uncertain.
Where a dispute cannot reasonably be resolved by Savedd, the parties may need to obtain independent legal advice or resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in this policy prevents a rights holder from exercising any legal rights or remedies available to them.
9. Requests made in good faith
Please make takedown, copyright and correction requests honestly and in good faith.
Do not knowingly:
- Claim ownership of work you do not own
- Claim to represent someone without authority
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the takedown process to target content simply because you dislike it
- Attempt to remove another person's legitimate work through a fraudulent claim
If we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive or deliberately misleading, we may decline to act on it and may take appropriate steps to protect Savedd and affected users.
10. Content submitted to Savedd
Brands, creators and users may submit Creatives or source links to Savedd for consideration.
A submission does not automatically result in publication.
Where someone specifically supplies media for Savedd to host or represents that Savedd has permission to use it, we may rely on the permissions and information they provide subject to appropriate review.
Submitters must not:
- Claim ownership they do not have
- Provide media they are not authorised to provide
- Falsely claim to represent a brand, creator or rights holder
- Provide misleading rights or credit information
If a later rights issue arises, we may restrict or remove the relevant material even if it was originally provided through a submission.
11. Third-party platforms and original sources
Some Creatives on Savedd may link to or use content made available through third-party services such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or a brand's own website.
If the underlying content is hosted by a third-party platform, Savedd may not be able to remove the original material from that service.
A successful request to Savedd may therefore remove or restrict the material from Savedd, but it will not necessarily remove the original content from the internet or from the platform on which it was originally published.
You may need to contact the relevant third-party platform or publisher separately regarding the original material.
12. Removal and your Savedd Library or Spaces
If a Creative is removed, restricted or made unavailable on Savedd, it may also cease to be available within users' Libraries and Spaces.
Saving a Creative to a Library or Space does not create a permanent entitlement to access that Creative.
Savedd may remove or restrict archive content where necessary because of:
- Copyright or other intellectual property concerns
- A credible rights-holder request
- Privacy concerns
- Incorrect attribution
- Source removal
- Legal requirements
- Editorial or factual issues
- Changes to permission or licensing
- Other legitimate reasons
13. Privacy and personal information requests
If your concern primarily relates to personal information rather than copyright - for example, you want personal information corrected or removed - you may also have rights under applicable data protection law.
Please see our Privacy Policy at: savedd.it/privacy
You can also contact saveddit@gmail.com and explain the issue.
We will route the request appropriately.
14. No waiver of rights
Nothing in this policy transfers, limits or waives copyright or other intellectual property rights belonging to Savedd, our users, creators, brands or other rights holders.
Nothing in this policy prevents us from relying on a licence, permission, legal exception, defence or other lawful basis where applicable.
Likewise, submitting a takedown request does not prevent you from exercising any rights available to you under applicable law.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Copyright & Takedown Policy as Savedd develops, our archive changes or applicable requirements change.
When we update the policy, we will change the Last updated date at the top of this page.
Material changes may also be communicated through Savedd where appropriate.
