If you use Savedd on behalf of a company, brand, agency or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.
You must use Savedd in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
3. Your account
Some Savedd features require an account.
When creating and using an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login details secure
- Not share your password with people who are not authorised to use your account
- Keep your account information reasonably up to date
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where that activity results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Please contact saveddit@gmail.com if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
We may ask you to verify information where reasonably necessary to protect your account or the service.
4. Your Library, Saves and Spaces
Savedd uses the following terminology:
- A Creative is an individual piece of creative content in the Savedd archive.
- A Save means keeping a Creative in your Savedd account.
- Your Library is your private collection of saved Creatives.
- A Space is a collection you create to organise Creatives.
Saving a Creative does not give you ownership of that Creative or any intellectual property rights in it.
Your Library
Your Library is private to your account.
Private Spaces
Private Spaces are intended to be accessible only by you and other people who have been given access where collaboration is available.
Public Spaces
If you make a Space public, information within that Space may be accessible to anyone on the internet.
This may include:
- The Space title
- Description
- Owner or curator
- Creatives within the Space
- Other information intentionally made public through the Space
You are responsible for deciding whether information you add to a public Space is suitable to be publicly available.
You can change the visibility of your Spaces using the controls provided by Savedd where that functionality is available.
5. Collaboration
Savedd may allow you to give other users access to a Space.
Depending on the role you give them, collaborators may be able to view, add, remove or otherwise organise Creatives within that Space.
If you own a Space, you are responsible for choosing who you give access to and which permissions you assign.
Collaborators must use Spaces in accordance with these Terms.
Savedd may change or expand collaboration features and permissions over time.
6. Content and information you provide
You retain ownership of content and information that you create and provide to Savedd, such as:
- Profile images
- Profile information
- Bios
- Space titles
- Space descriptions
- Submission information
- Other original content you provide
We refer to this as "User Content".
You give Savedd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display your User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- Operate Savedd
- Provide the features you request
- Display information according to your chosen privacy or visibility settings
- Maintain and secure the service
- Improve the operation of Savedd
For example, if you make a Space public, this licence allows us to display its title and description on its public Savedd page.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Savedd.
It ends when the relevant User Content is deleted from Savedd, except where limited copies need to remain temporarily in backups, logs or records that we are legally entitled or required to retain.
Your responsibilities
You must not provide User Content that:
- Infringes another person's copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights
- Violates another person's privacy
- Is unlawful, fraudulent or misleading
- Is defamatory or threatening
- Contains malicious software
- You do not have the right to provide
You remain responsible for the User Content you provide.
7. Creative submissions
Savedd may allow users, brands and creatives to submit campaigns, source links or other information for consideration.
Submitting something does not guarantee that it will be added to the Savedd archive.
We may:
- Review submissions
- Verify their source
- Correct formatting or metadata
- Reject submissions
- Mark submissions as duplicates
- Decide not to publish submitted work
- Remove previously published work where appropriate
If you submit information about work that you do not own, you must not represent yourself as its owner or claim permissions that you do not have.
If you submit content or media and specifically authorise Savedd to host, reproduce or display it, you confirm that you have the authority necessary to give us that permission.
We may ask for evidence of ownership, authority or permission before hosting submitted media.
Savedd retains editorial discretion over what appears in the archive.
8. Creative content and intellectual property
Savedd contains creative work, campaigns, videos, images, names, logos and other material belonging to brands, creators and other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, intellectual property rights in that material remain with their respective owners.
The inclusion of a Creative on Savedd does not mean that:
- Savedd owns the Creative
- The brand or creator has endorsed Savedd
- Savedd is affiliated with that brand or creator
- You have permission to reproduce or commercially use the Creative
Savedd is designed as a discovery, research and reference tool.
You should obtain any permissions or licences required before reproducing, publishing, modifying, distributing or commercially using third-party creative work.
Links to original sources and credits are provided where available.
9. Savedd's intellectual property
Savedd and its underlying product contain intellectual property owned by or licensed to us, including our:
- Brand and name
- Logo
- Website design
- Software
- Interface
- Original text and editorial material

- Systematically scrape, harvest or download substantial portions of Savedd without our permission
- Use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable load on Savedd or interferes with other users
Normal search-engine indexing and other automated access that we expressly permit are not prohibited by this section.
We may take reasonable measures to prevent abuse or protect Savedd and its users.
11. Copyright, credits and takedown requests
We want creative work on Savedd to be properly attributed and handled responsibly.
If you believe content on Savedd:
- Infringes your copyright
- Uses your work without appropriate permission
- Contains incorrect credits

- What you would like us to review
We may temporarily restrict or remove content while reviewing a credible request.
We may also contact relevant parties or request evidence where reasonably necessary.

12. Third-party websites and services
Savedd may link to or integrate with third-party websites and platforms such as:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Brand websites
- Creator websites
- Other external sources
Those services are operated independently from Savedd and may have their own terms, privacy policies and rules.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, content or practices of third-party services.
Following a source link or using a third-party service is subject to that service's own terms.
13. Availability of Savedd
We aim to keep Savedd available and working reliably, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Savedd may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Technical problems
- Security incidents
- Third-party provider outages
- Events outside our reasonable control
We may change, improve, replace or discontinue features as the product develops.
Where a change materially affects existing users, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it where appropriate and reasonably practicable.
You should not rely on Savedd as the only permanent copy of information that is important to you.
14. Removal of third-party content
Creative content available through Savedd may change or disappear.
For example:
- An original social-media post may be removed
- A brand may delete a campaign
- A third-party platform may disable an embed
- Rights information may change
- Savedd may receive a valid removal request
- We may determine that information is inaccurate
- We may decide that a Creative no longer meets our editorial or legal requirements
We may therefore update, restrict, unpublish or remove archive content where reasonably necessary.
A Creative being removed from the public archive may also make it unavailable within Libraries or Spaces.
15. Suspension and termination
Ending your use of Savedd
You can stop using Savedd at any time.
You may also request deletion of your account by contacting:
Account deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Suspension by Savedd
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because:
- You seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms
- Your account is being used unlawfully
- Your account creates a material security risk
- We are required to do so by law
- Your activity threatens Savedd, our users or third parties
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may act immediately where necessary for security, safety, legal compliance or prevention of serious abuse.
16. Charges and future paid features
Savedd is currently available without charge for its core features.
We may introduce optional paid features or plans in the future.
If we do, we will clearly provide applicable information about:
- Pricing
- What is included
- Billing frequency
- Renewal
- Cancellation
- Any applicable trial
- Relevant consumer cancellation rights
before you agree to purchase a paid service.
We will not charge you merely because you already have a free Savedd account.
17. Important information about our responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
This includes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
If you are a consumer
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Savedd is provided as a creative discovery and organisational service. Information in the archive may come from third-party sources and may occasionally be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate.
We therefore do not promise that every credit, campaign detail, performance metric, source or other piece of third-party information will always be complete or error-free.
If you notice an error, please tell us so that we can review it.

- Permission to reproduce third-party work
- Financial advice
- Professional production advice

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and permissions for your own projects where necessary.
References should inspire creative work, not be treated as permission to copy protected work.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
By using Savedd, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled as described in that policy and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
You can read it at: savedd.it/privacy
20. Feedback and ideas
We welcome feedback about Savedd.
If you send us suggestions, feature ideas or general feedback, you allow us to consider and use those ideas to develop and improve Savedd without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not give us ownership of any separate creative work or intellectual property that you submit with your feedback.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Savedd develops or where changes are needed because of:
- New features
- Changes to how the service operates
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Security requirements
- Changes to our business
We will update the Last updated date when the Terms change.
If we make a significant change that materially affects existing users, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention before or when the change takes effect.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that you have already acquired under applicable law.
If you continue using Savedd after updated Terms take effect, the updated Terms will apply to your continued use.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, this does not prevent you from relying on mandatory consumer protections available under the law that applies where you live.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live where applicable.
If you use Savedd for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue.
23. General terms
If part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue to apply.
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.
These Terms do not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency or joint venture between you and Savedd.
Only you and A GATE CALLED BEAUTIFUL LTD have rights under these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
